Circa condominium

The Circa condominium building is located in the heart of the historic district of Old Quebec. Since 2023, it has housed 42 apartments spread over five floors, two levels of underground parking and a roof with shared spaces for residents.

Designed to blend harmoniously with the buildings in the UNESCO World Heritage district, the building's massing features limestone cladding, contemporary oriels and a pitched roof finished with Canadian-style sheet metal. The sloping ceilings of the attic units are reminiscent of the historic residences of Old Quebec.

The residences range in size from 50 m² to 200 m^2, ensuring a good mix of uses. Almost all units feature a dedicated outdoor space, whether through direct access to the street with an intimate overhanging balcony, four-season winter gardens or intimate outdoor terraces giving the effect of a courtyard. Offering breathtaking views of the Laurentians, plantings and a refreshing pond, the communal rooftop terrace is an attractive space for residents.
