Redevelopment of Industrial Alliance head offices

The client's objective was to offer office space that would enable the integration of a hybrid and flexible work model (combining telecommuting and office presence) in a "Travailler de N'importe Où" (TNO) approach, a loose translation of Work From Anywhere (WFA).

The project took place at Industrial Alliance's head office, located at 1080 Grande Allée Ouest in Quebec City. The work, carried out by a team of ABCP architects and designers, took place in a building dating back to 1951. The transformation involved major work on the interior spaces and fenestration. The new spaces were adapted to the needs of collaboration, socialization, concentration and learning, while aiming for maximum comfort. Natural light, the integration of plants and green walls, exterior views and the architecture of the building itself were among the main elements that inspired our team.
