Description

The conversion project sought to transform the former Quebec City postal distribution center into an office building in keeping with the brand image of TELUS, its main tenant. Most of the work consisted of expanding the openings on each floor to provide a sense of openness and as much natural light to the work areas as possible. Shops and restaurants, which open onto the street, enliven the ground floor.  The project incorporates numerous sustainable development and universal accessibility strategies, and the building has obtained LEED gold core and shell certification.
