UNIK Fire Protection Plant

The aim of the new Protection Incendie UNIK plant construction project is to provide the company with modernized facilities to optimize the manufacture of its fire protection devices. Located on rue Albert-Dion in Lévis, the plant occupies a strategic position, close to major highways and the region's main business areas.
Covering an area of around 1,352 square metres on two levels, the plant's contemporary architecture combines geometric volumes, quality materials and brightness. The façade combines metal panels, wood and large bay windows, reinforcing its modern look while letting in a maximum of natural light.

The building includes a production area, warehouse, assembly stations and offices, while the site integrates loading bays, parking for employees, carriers and visitors to ensure accessibility and smooth operation. The design also takes into account landscaping, with the preservation of existing vegetation and the use of native species, reinforcing the plant's integration into its environment.
